Israel Lugo, of Lancaster, died of multiple gunshot wounds and his manner of death has been ruled a homicide, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office.

A man was stabbed in the torso and the suspect has not been located, police in Lancaster announced on Monday, April 17, 2023.
The man was stabbed in the area of South Queen and West Forum streets at approximately 7:22 a.m., according to the City police.
