Kitten Killed After PA Couple Ditches It In Dumpster At School, Police Say A married couple is accused of putting a kitten in a bag and ditching it in a dumpster behind an elementary school last month, authorities announced on Aug. 29.  Kelly Lynne and Michael Andrew Wilson were spotted, acting suspiciously at Clay Elementary School on July 18, according to the release by the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department.  Investigators soon learned "that two individuals had abandoned a kitten in a bag near the dumpster on the property," as stated in the release.  The kitten was found but "it was in extremely poor health," the police sa…
