York PD: Eastern HS Student Charged In Hand Sanitizer Attack That Sent Peer To Hospital Charges have been filed against a 16-year-old girl accused of attacking a classmate with hand sanitizer, sending them to the hospital. The girl left her assigned classroom area and entered  another classroom without permission, then sprayed hand sanitizer in the direction of other students around 7:45 a.m. on March 24, Lower Windsor Township Police Chief David J.
