Stalker With 'Dark Intentions' Gets Years In Prison: Lancaster DA
Years of stalking has landing a Lebanon County man years in prison, the Lancaster County District Attorney announced on Wednesday, Nov. 23.
Brian Mahoney, 67, of the of the 300 block of Lewis Road, North Londonderry Township, Annville, pleaded guilty to three counts of stalking, resisting arrest, obscene language or gestures, and two counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another before Judge Dennis Reinaker on Tuesday, Oct. 15, according to the DA and confirmed by court documents.

An already incarcerated 31-year-old man was sentenced to more prison time after pleading guilty to the overdose-related death of another inmate, the Buck County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
Allen Rhoades, 31, of Doylestown, was sentenced to seven to 20 years in prison for providing the drugs that led to the death of Joshua Patterson, 22, of Philadelphia, while both men were serving time on Monday, Aug. 1, 2022, the DA's Office detailed in a release.

Repeat Offender: Lancaster County Convict Charged With Assault Of Child Under 13
A 73-year-old man who is already in jail has been charged with sexually assaulting a child under 13-years-old, according to police in Lancaster County.
Thomas Edward Irwin, Sr., of Bellefonte, has been charged following a series of sexual abuse acts towards a child less than 13 years of age.
Irwin, Sr., was the caretaker of the child at the time of the alleged crimes.
He exposed himself to the child, and had inappropriate physical contact with the child, say Manheim Township police.
A criminal complaint was filed against Irwin, Sr. in June.
