Suspect Caught After I-83 Closure: PA State Police (Update) A manhunt in York County is over, Pennsylvania State Police announced around 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 5, 2023. UPDATE: A suspect has been apprehended following a manhunt that shut down part of Interstate 83 for nearly 8 hours.  The unidentified man was taken into custody near mile marker 5 in Shrewsbury Township near I-83, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J. The images were found during a "proactive investigation" of file sharing networks launched by Corporal Anthony Reppert of the state police's Computer Crime Task Force.
