Tractor-Trailer Rollover Closes Part of Route 15 In York County Route 15 partially closed in northern York County due to a crash involving a rollover, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police. All but one lane closed along Route 15 northbound in Franklin Township near Franklin Church Road  Wednesday around 11 a.m. An overturned tractor-trailer is the cause of the closure, according police. The slow down is expected to last approximately 45 minutes. No injuries were reported. No hazmat team was required.
