Central PA Man Wanted For Forgery, Police Say Police in Central Pennsylvania have issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted in a forgery case, authorities announced. De-Andre Jamahl Rice, 29, is wanted on one count of forgery, Carlisle police announced on Oct. 28. Rice also was previously wanted for forgery on Aug. 22, but it was not immediately clear if that was a separate case. Man Tried Buying Firearm With Bogus Documents In York County, Police Say Police in Lower Windsor Township are seeking a man who they say tried buying firearms with bogus documents last summer. Scheron Tyrone Bryant tried purchasing the gun from Bluestone Firearms in Lower Windsor Township using a falsified document in June 2020, local police said.
