PA Police Officer's Supreme Court Case Changes Federal Obstruction Statue A police officer in Pennsylvania who participated in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot has taken his case to the US Supreme Court — which led to a major decision on Friday, June 28, 2024.  Joseph W.
