Decomposed Body Could Be Connected To Missing PA Mom Heading To NJ
Human remains found in a Germantown home on Tuesday, Oct. 17 may be those of a missing Philadelphia woman, according to her loved ones. City police and FBI agents made the grisly discovery in the basement of a residence on the 400 block of East Penn Street, authorities confirmed to Daily Voice.
