Miguel Aguilar, 34, of Philadelphia, has been identified as a "person of interest" in the death of Ivelisse Lugo, 51, of the 5900 block of Elsinore Street, according to the Philadelphia Police. Shots Fired During Armed Robbery In Highspire, Suspect At Large: Police Three shots were fired during an armed robbery and the police are searching for the suspect, as announced in a release at 6:33 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. The robbery happened at the Highland Mart Fuel Market in Highspire at 9:46 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11. The store clerk described the suspects to the police as "an unknown individual wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with an 'I (heart) MY GIRLFRIEND' iron-on decal on the front, black long pants, and a black ski mask," as stated in the release.
