Female Flagger Struck Dead At Lancaster Construction Site A woman died while working as a traffic flagger at a construction site early morning on Thursday, Oct. 10, Lancaster County Wide Communications said. While directing traffic the 56-year-old woman was struck by a SUV at the intersection of Stone Mill and Plymouth roads in Manor Township around 7:38 a.m., according to LCWC.  The Lancaster County Coroner's Office was called to the scene.
