A 42-year-old woman from Chester County has been arrested for stealing from a youth softball team in Oxford, months after her husband was arrested for the same, police said. Nicole Allen of Cochranville was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 11 for alleged crimes she may have committed with her husband, James “Rudy” Allen, 50, Oxford police explained. James Allen, the team treasurer, as arrested at a sporting event earlier this year. Christmas Eve Crash Kills Girl: Pennsylvania State Police
An 11-year-old girl has died following a serious two-vehicle crash near the Lancaster and Chester counties line, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Christmas Eve. The crash happened in the 6150 block of Old Philadelphia Pike/West Kings Highway/Route 340 in Salisbury Township, at 8:50 a.m. on Dec. 24, according to the state police release.
