Death Toll Rises For PA Family Killed In House Fire: Authorities A 3-year-old girl and a 49-year-old man died immediately after a fire in York, but a 4-year-old passed two days later, authorities announced on Monday, July 17, 2023.  Roberto Soto-Ortiz and his young children, Cattaleya and Isaias Soto were asleep in their home in the 500 block of Company Street when the deadly fire broke out around 4 a.m. on July 14, according to the York County coroner's office.  The coroner’s office was called to Wellspan York Hospital around 6 a.m. on Friday.
