Man Stabbed In 'Abdomen, Chest' Near Popular Central PA Park, Police Say
"Police are looking for any witnesses, in particular, two witnesses that were at or near the area of the skate park on Fairground Avenue," following a serious stabbing, authorities announced on Monday, Nov. 13.
A 25-year-old man was found with "stab wounds to his abdomen and chest," in the 400 block of Fairground Avenue, near the Carlisle Skatepark, Carlisle police stated in a release.
CPD patrol units found the man at 7:07 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11.
The unidentified man was taken to a local hospital, and his current status or condition has not been released.

Of the 39 Rite Aid stores closing in Pennsylvania amid filing for bankruptcy, nearly two dozen of the leases are being sold.
A&G Real Estate Partners is acting as the real estate advisor for the pharmacy chain, which filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 15, and has plans to close 154 underperforming stores nationwide.

Are you a winner? Someone in Central Pennsylvania just won $100,000 (before taxes) playing a Powerball ticket with Power Play, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery Commission.
The winning ticket sold at the GIANT Food Stores, 255 South Spring Garden Street, Carlisle, will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

A former Pennsylvania barber who appeared in ”90 Day Fiance” and “90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?” has been extradited from Florida over six months after he was caught with fentanyl by US Marshals.
Michael Anthony Baltimore, 44, of Carlisle, had been on the run for a year and a half after he allegedly shot and killed his former boss.
The wild arrest involved a bar fight, a knife, a loaded gun, more than 800 ecstasy tablets, and fentanyl, according to US Marshals.
