Man Arrested For Setting Fire Outside Carlisle Bar: Police A 45-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly setting a fire outside a bar in Carlisle, authorities said. On Sunday, Aug. 11, at about 5:20 p.m., Carlisle Police and Fire Departments responded to a building fire at the Gingerbread Man Bar on Courthouse Avenue.  The fire caused extensive damage to the trash bin area and walk-in cooler area for the bar. Two Injured In Walmart Toy Aisle Fire In Central PA: Fire Chief When Barbie burned at Walmart in central Pennsylvania on Wednesday– two very real people were hurt– prompting the fire chief to issue a press release on fire safety.
