A convicted sex offender and federal parolee from Bucks and Montgomery counties has been arrested on accusations he downloaded child pornography at the auto repair shop where he worked, police paperwork shows. A suspect is in custody after robbing a Bensalem bicyclist at gunpoint, township police say. Antwan Clayton Jones, 42, of Ellenville, New York, is charged with robbery, terroristic threats, and related counts, the department wrote in a release. A 16-year-old teenage boy is being charged as an adult with murder after police say he told a friend that he had just killed someone and then showed them the victim's bloodied legs and feet of his alleged victim, authorities in Pennsylvania said. Approximately 40,000 fentanyl pills, 11 pounds of methamphetamine, and $5,000 in cash were seized during a drug bust in Bensalem, authorities said. Four people were arrested as a result of the joint investigation: Arturo Avila, 37, Anthony Gonzales, 26, Alex Zaragoza, 22, and Ramon Caro, 19, all of Riverside, CA, according to the Bensalem Police Department and the Philadelphia DEA HIDTA Task Force. A 23-year-old Bucks County man admit beating his chiropractor to death and assaulting a detective investigating the case, authorities announced. Joseph O'Boyle, of Bensalem, took a guilty plea in the fatal Nov. 2, 2020 beating of 64-year-old Dr. James Sowa in his Hulmeville Road home office District Attorney Matt Weintraub said. He ultimately entered an open guilty plea to criminal homicide, criminal trespassing, and possession of an instrument of crime before President Judge Wallace H. The Bensalem Police Department is mourning the loss of one of their own. Deputy Director David Richardson died after a battle with pancreatic cancer over the last year, which his department said he fought with unending courage and humility. Richardson was a police officer in Bensalem Township for the past 24 years. He started as a patrol officer and was a member of the K9 unit for 13 years with his two K9 partners, Czar and Prince.
