State police were called to a report of animal cruelty in the 2300 block of Baltimore Pike in Mount Joy Township just before 3 p.m. on Apr. 25, according to the release. Neighbors explained an incident that had happened around 8 a.m. two days prior to the police. A 43-year-old woman had violated state law by not leashing her two black dogs and letting them run free. Four men riding on three motorcycles led Pennsylvania state police in Adams County on a pursuit along Baltimore Pike in Mount Joy Township on Saturday, Mar. 19 around 4:30 p.m., according to the release.
