More than seven years after a triple homicide in Pennsylvania, a Maryland man has been brought to justice. Johnny Jenkins-Armstrong, 26 of Baltimore, MD was sentenced to life in prison and an additional consecutive 20 years for a "companion robbery charge," the United States Department of Justice stated in a release on Tuesday, Dec. 5. A 38-year-old Maryland catholic school teacher was arrested for having an online sexual relationship with a former student who was a minor, authorities said. An investigation was launched into Mark Planamente, of Parkville, on Feb. 11 after Maryland State Police got a tip that he was having an inappropriate online relationship with the girl, Marland State Police said. Maryland State Police have released harrowing details in the quadruple murder-suicide involving two young Pennsylvania girls, their father and his alleged accomplice. The manhunt for Robert Vicosa, 41, Tia Bynam, 35, and Vicosa's daughters, Giana, 7, and Aaminah, 6, came to a tragic end on Thursday around 2:30 p.m., MSP said in a news release.
