A 14-year-old girl was the victim of a kidnapping attempt at the Willow Grove Park Mall, authorities announced on Wednesday. The girl was coming down the escalator when she was met by a man she did not know around 7 p.m. on July 12, Abington Township police explained in a release. The man identified himself as "Alex" and asked her to walk with him, "extending his arm, as if to escort her," according to investigators. The teen told him she is underage and tried to walk away, but "Alex" "grabbed her arm, placed it in his arm, and restrained her as he led her across the mall," police said.…

PA Man Caught Having Sex With Girl At Days Inn: Police
A man was caught having sex with a teenage girl at a Days Inn in central Pennsylvania, police say. Raymond Lin, 21, of Jenkintown, was first caught with the 15-year-old at the Days Inn located at 2929 Hempland Road in Lancaster on January 6, 2022, police stated in a release on Sept. 8. He was taken into custody by Abington Township police in Montogomery County at 3:35 p.m. on Sept. 1, and later turned over to the East Hempfield Township police in Lancaster County, according to the release. A 40-year-old Pennsylvania man has been arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said. A search of Patrick Fox's Glenside home found 1,202 child pornography photos showing minors engaged in sexual acts or in sexually explicit poses, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. The trial for a Philadelphia teen accused of fatally stabbing his Montgomery County ex-girlfriend more than 30 times begins Monday. Gilbert Newton III, 19, is facing charges of first-degree murder, third-degree murder, and possessing an instrument of crime.
