Manhunt Ends In Harrisburg Following Shelter-In-Place Order In Camp Hill The Camp Hill School District was placed under a shelter-in-place order by Cumberland County Officials on Thursday, Sept. 14. Around 11:30 a.m. police released a detailing the cause of the shelter-in-place order was due to a search for a wanted man.
