Police: Man Found Dead In Car Outside His Penn Township Home A 49-year-old man was found dead in a car on Sunday morning, according to North Lancaster County Regional police. Lyle Scott Doyle's body was discovered on the 100 block of Cedar Street in Penn Township Lancaster County, where he lives, authorities said. Doyle’s relatives in Arizona and have been notified of the death.
