The unnamed Clay Township teen was charged and taken into custody on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023, around 2:27 p.m., according to a release the following day by the Northern Lancaster County Regional police department.
"The juvenile offender was lodged in secure holding for further evaluation. No further information or details are being released due to the age of the offender," the police say.
