A missing 82-year-old man from Franklin County was located by Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Oct. 14. Kore Byler had last been seen driving a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado with a Pennsylvania license plate "ZBM2510" in the area of Roxbury Road in Shippensburg Township around 1:30 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 13, as detailed in a release by the PA State Police in Chambersburg. Sex Offender Missing, Wanted For Assaulting Child: Adams County Sheriff
A convicted sex offender is wanted for yet another sexual assault, the Adams County Sheriff's office announced on Friday, Oct. 11. Thomas Michael Poe, 46, of Abbottstown, is wanted for Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child in York County, the Sheriff wrote in the release. Thomas has a record of corruption of minors for an incident on New Year's Eve in 2016 Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Sex Offender Registry shows. Sleeping Man Shot In Hand, Lancaster Police Say
A stray bullet from a shots fired incident went through a man's home and into his hand while he was sleeping early Saturday morning, Oct. 12, Lancaster City police announced later that day. Officers were called to the reported shooting in the 300 block of S. Anne Street around 2:30 a.m. They arrived to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his hand, according to the release. A girl who has recently moved to Enola has gone missing, according to her mom. The East Pennsboro Township Police announced they are 14-year-old looking for Alani Pierce, in a release at 2:10 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12. Police in Dauphin County are seeking the public's help in identifying the individual wanted in connection with an August assault. An Amish barn had a blaze burning through it early Thursday morning, Oct. 10, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The call to the fire at the farm located in the 5900 block of Meadville Road in Salisbury Township, Narvon came into LCWC at 3:24 a.m., according to the supervisor. A missing endangered person alert has been canceled for a South Central Pennsylvania man who was last seen in Maryland, police announced Wednesday night, Oct. 9.
