Man Partially Ejected From Car Killed In Philadelphia: Police A man was killed in a crash through a fence in Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 28, police announced that evening.  The driver of a Ford Explorer lost control and crashed the vehicle through a wooden fence in the 4500 block of Fisher Lane in the 15th District, around 1:11 p.m., the police detailed in the release.  The man driving the Explorer was partially ejected out the driver's side window, PPD explained. Shot Woman Drives Into Building, Upland Police Say Upland police responded to a crash on Sunday night, June 23 to find the driver had been shot, officials say.  It happened on the 300 block of Third Street around 11 p.m., according to borough police. The driver crashed into a building and was found to have multiple gunshot wounds when medics removed her from the vehicle.
