PA Teen Motorcyclist Killed In Crash With Tractor-Trailer: Police A teenager was found dead at the scene of a motorcycle crash involving a tractor-trailer, Lebanon City Police announced on Saturday, Oct. 19.  An 18-year-old Lebanon man has been identified as the victim, but his name had not been released at the time of publishing.
