A Lititz man has been charged with sexually assaulting three children, Ephrata police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Andrew Joseph Leisey, 53, is accused of committing two counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child, one count of aggravated indecent assault of a complainant under 13 years old, two counts of indecent assault, and three counts of corruption of minors, according to the release.
