Infant Drowns In Bathtub, PA Mom Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter: Reports An Allentown mother was charged with involuntary manslaughter after her infant son drowned in the bathtub of their residence, authorities said. Megan Ramsey, 24, was charged for leaving the boy unattended in the bathtub with the water running, leading to his drowning, according to the affidavit.  Ramsey was charged on Monday, Oct. 21, according to court documents.  The drowning happened in the 1800 block of South Church Street on Wednesday, April 24, the affidavit states.
