Chaos broke out on a Northampton County street when a fight led to a stabbing and multiple gunshots, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday, Aug. 27. A person died after shooting themself during a police standoff in Upper Saucon Township early Thursday morning, March 20, authorities said. Upper Saucon Township Police said officers responded to a 911 call at 12:48 a.m. reporting a home invasion and gunshots on the 4800 block of West Hopewell Road in Center Valley. A convicted felon has been arrested for firing multiple gunshots at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, Pennsylvania State Police announced.
