Mexican Drug Cartel Linked To Methamphetamine Sales Across Central PA, 55 People Charged: DA Methamphetamine, which is believed to have been produced by Mexican drug cartels, has charges against 55 people in Central Pennsylvania, the Cumberland County District Attorney Seán M.
