The Northern York County Regional Police Department is seeking the public's help locating a suspect in a hit-and-run crash that left a 10-year-old girl with brain bleeds and her father seriously injured, police announced on Thursday, Nov. 21.
The crash happened at 12:26 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13, at the intersection of York and Porters roads in Heidelberg Township, police said and Daily Voice previously reported.
