The driver of 80 percent full propane truck was drunk when he caused a four-vehicle crash last month, according to the police.
The crash happened near River and Blue Rock roads on Friday Feb. 11, just before 3:30 p.m., according to Manor Township police.
The accident involved the propane delivery truck, a tractor-trailer, and two other vehicles, according to the department's release.
The crash was caused when the propane delivery truck entered the oncoming traffic lane and struck the tractor-trailer, Sergeant Matthew Wolf.

A Pennsylvania man was arrested after he drove his vehicle through a fence at Lehigh Valley International Airport straight for a plane taking off, reports say.
An Allegiant commercial flight with 171 people on board was taking off around 3:20 p.m. Friday when Brad Weinhofer, 34, of Northampton Borough, came barreling through, an airport spokesperson told LehighValleyLive.
There were no reported injuries and the runway was closed for about 20 minutes, the outlet reports.
