Toddler Struck In Lancaster County (Developing) A toddler was hit by a vehicle on Thursday morning, Nov. 7, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications.  First responders were called to the Springville and Peters roads intersection in Salisbury Township around 11:25 a.m.  A 16-month-old child was struck but thankfully the injuries were minor, according to emergency dispatchers.
