Suspect Stealing From Hotel Employee's Purse Stares At Security Camera: Bensalem Police
Bensalem police are investigating a theft that occurred at Extended Stay America. The theft occurred at about 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at the hotel located at 3216 Tillman Drive in Bensalem. An unknown black male entered the hotel's office and stole cash and credit cards from an employee's purse, police said. The suspect stared at a security camera while fleeing on foot in an unknown direction. Multiple children as young as 4-years-old have told police about sexual assaults by a Dallastown man, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice after York County Regional Police announced his arrest. John P. Grove, 50, has been charged in six cases of child sexual, court records show. One victim, now in his 30s, was key in the investigation explaining some of the earliest abuse began in 1998. A screaming woman led police to a suspect in a stabbing, authorities said on Monday, Aug. 19. On June 28 at about 3 a.m., Hilltown Police responded to a business in the 800 block of Blooming Glen Road to investigate the report of a female stabbing victim. Officers arrived and found a screaming woman being chased by a suspect, Jacob Cantando, police said. A resident of Bedminster Township was robbed of nearly $400,000 from fraudulent bank transactions, authorities said. On July 11, 2023, the resident discovered the illegal activity on their Home Equity Line of Credit Account. Car Crash Leads To Shooting On I-80: State Police
Gunfire erupted after two cars crashed in Stroud Township on Saturday, July 27, state troopers said in a release. The collision happened on Interstate 80 near mile marker 305 around 5 p.m., police wrote. "After the occupants got out of their respective vehicles, multiple gunshots were fired," investigators said. A 32-year-old Quakertown man faces child pornography charges, according to Warrington police. Andrew Gregory Lewis came under investigation last November when police found that over 200 illegal files were downloaded to his computer, according to authorities.
