A 49-year-old man who was arrested for attacking a police officer in Washington DC hours after killing his mother has been extradited to Pennsylvania, police said. William Ingram, of Northampton Township, was returned to Bucks County on Thursday, June 20, where he faces a slew of charges in the chilling death of his 82-year-old mother, Dolores Ingram, District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said.
