Teenager Shot Dead In Central PA Days After His Birthday: Coroner
Two teenagers were shot over the weekend in central Pennsylvania, according to police. The shooting occurred in the 500 block East Boundary Avenue on Saturday Dec. 4, at approximately 10:27pm according to York City police. A 15-year-old girl was shot and will survive, but the young man has unfortunately passed, police say. Stabbing At PA Halloween Party Lands Maryland Residents In Jail, Police Say
A stabbing at a Halloween party in Pennsylvania has landed three people in police custody, according to a statement released by police. Northern York County Regional police were called to investigate a stabbing at a home in the 4300 block of Walters Hatchery Road in North Codorus Township on Oct. 31 just before 1 a.m., Lt. Gregg Anderson said in a statement. Woman Dies 4 Months After Car Crash, York County Coroner Says
A woman has died four months after a two vehicle crash in central Pennsylvania. Barbara A. Prendergast, 83, of York passed away on Oct. 3, 2021, at York Hospital, according to the York County Coroner's office. Prendergast had previously been struck on the passenger side of a vehicle at the intersection of East Market Street and Mt. Zion Road in Springettsbury Township on May 27 around 1 p.m., according to the coroner's office. She sustained serious injuries and had remained in the hospital ever since. Man Dies After Driving Through Stop Sign, Slamming Into Barn Foundation In York County
A man died following a crash into the foundation of a barn in Peach Bottom on Saturday morning, according to the York County Coroner's Office. The man was driving in the area of Flintville and Slateville roads when he failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into the stone foundation of a barn around 11:41 a.m. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Man Arrested, Another Shot In York
A man is recovering in a local hospital and another man has been arrested following a shooting in York, according to city police. York City police responded to a reported shooting at 601 East Market Street on Wednesday around 1:30 p.m. Upon arrival officers discovered a 35-year-old man had been shot in the leg. Man Commits Suicide While Driving On Rt. 30, York County Coroner Says
A 37-year-old man shot himself in the head while driving along Route 30 on Monday afternoon, according to the York County coroner. The man was driving on Route 30 near the Wrightsville exit when he appeared to lose control around 11:12 a.m. He made a sharp left turn-- crossing the median strip going over the exit ramp, coming to stop in a nearby field. A man has died following a motorcycle crash in York County, according to the area coroner.
