Man Strikes Officer With Cane During Arrest In Chambersburg: Police
A 63-year-old man struck a police officer with his cane while resisting arrest in Chambersburg, authorities said.
Randy Nolan, of no fixed address, was taken into custody after officers were called to the 900 block of Wayne Avenue for a criminal trespass complaint on Monday, Nov. 11, according to Chambersburg police.
Nolan refused to leave the property, leading officers to attempt to remove him. During the arrest, he struck an officer in the leg with his cane, police said in a release issued Sunday, Nov. 17.

Felix Daniel Ortiz Jr., 42, was arrested after officers found him fleeing the crash scene and later admitted to hallucinating from drug use, police said.
