Man Diagnosed With Dementia Missing In Bloomfield: Police (Photo) An 87-year-old man diagnosed with dementia is missing, Bloomfield police announced on Friday, Oct. 25. Charles Newcomer was last seen on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 6:30 p.m., when he left from visiting his wife at the Brookdale assisted living facility in West Orange, police said.
