The crash happened at around 8:56 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10, a spokesperson for the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said. Troopers responded to a possible drowning of a child at a home on Bellavista Avenue at around 5:50 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11, a state police spokesperson said.
