New Haven County resident Halie Anderson, age 17, of Milford, was last seen by her family on Monday, July 29, according to the Milford Police. Norwalk Police Investigating Smash-Grab Robbery Police in Fairfield County are searching for suspects who allegedly committed a smash-and-robbery of a commercial business. The incident occurred in Norwalk on Friday, July 26, around 1:25 a.m. at the Clever Smoke Shop in the 80 block of New Canaan Avenue. According to Sgt. Ryan Evart of the Norwalk Police, a rock was used to smash the front door and items were taken from the store. The vehicle used was stolen.  "Other surrounding towns have experienced similar type smash and grabs," Evart said. The case is currently under investigation.
