15-Year-Old Rescued After Nearly Drowning At CT Residence Bystanders and emergency responders revived a 15-year-old after being found in the water of a CT apartment complex pool. The incident occurred in Hartford County around 6:45 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 8, at the Concierge Apartments in Rocky Hill. According to Sgt. Jeffrey Foss-Rugan of the Rocky Hill Police, the teen, was found unconscious by bystanders who began performing CPR while calling 911. Man Falls On Train Tracks In Bridgeport, Rolls Under Amtrak Train, MTA Says A man who fell on the tracks at a Fairfield County train station was lucky and was able to roll under an Amtrak train. The incident occurred in Bridgeport at around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6, at the train station at 525 Water St.  According to Dave Steckel with the Metropolitan Transportation Administration, the unidentified man rolled under the Amtrak train and did not make contact.
