Anthony Gilbert-Brown, 29, a federal inmate incarcerated at FCI Schuylkill in Minersville, was indicted Wednesday, Aug. 28 by a federal grand jury on the charge of possession of a weapon, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Andrew Osborne, 35, was sentenced on Thursday, Aug. 22 to 25 years in state prison, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release.
