Cause, Manner Of Death Released For PA Fire Police Captain: Coroner A Fire Police captain who has been missing since Thursday afternoon, Oct. 17 was found dead over the weekend, details were released by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office on Monday, Nov. 4. Tony  Bortner, 51, of Windsor's cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head and the manner was suicide, the coroner explained in the updated release. PA 18-Year-Old ID'd After Drowning In Susquehanna River: Authorities An 18-year-old man drowned in the Susquehanna River on Saturday, police announced on June 23.  The incident began when Gavin Frey of Howard, PA was swimming with a 22-year-old friend in the Susquehanna River between the City Beach and Riverview Park around 4:45 p.m. on June 22, Lock Haven City Police explain and he was later identified by the Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna.
