PA Man Arrested After Fire For Inappropriately Touching Teen: Affidavit
A Palmer Township man known for hosting foreign exchange students was arrested following a fire at his home and is accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior with high school students, authorities announced Thursday, Nov. 21.
