Murder-Suicide Married Couple ID'd By Northampton County Coroner An elderly couple was killed in what authorities are calling a murder-suicide, the Northampton County Coroner’s Office announced on Tuesday, Aug. 6. The couple was 78-year-old Celeste L. Kistler and 80-year-old Larry A. Elderly Couple Dies In Murder-Suicide: Lehigh County Coroner Officials are investigating an apparent murder-suicide in North Whitehall Township on Saturday, May 18, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  Authorities said 78-year-old Harvey H. Hartung shot his wife, 79-year-old Carol A. Hartung, before turning the gun on himself. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.  Pennsylvania State Police and the District Attorney's Office are investigating, Coroner Daniel A. Buglio added.
