Man, 19, Shot Dead In North Philly: Police A 19-year-old man was shot to death late Wednesday, Aug. 7 in North Philadelphia, authorities said. At 9:40 p.m., Philadelphia Police responded for a person with a gun at Park Avenue and Rush Street in the Glenwood neighborhood. The victim was identified as Kydair Strickland, police said.
