New details have been released in a July 2024 crash that left a 78-year-old man dead in Bucks County. Nicholas Toth, 43, was arrested and charged for causing the crash that resulted in the death of the other driver, Michael Maddock, just before 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, the Warminster Township Police Department said. A 26-year-old Douglassville man was identified as the person who died in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Delaware, according to authorities. Taylor Guyer, 26, of Douglassville, was identified by Delaware State Police as the victim of the fatal crash that happened on Interstate 95 South in New Castle County, Delaware on Sunday, Sept. 22. Funeral details have been released for a Pennsylvania middle school student who died more than two weeks after an incident while swimming with friends.
