At 10:54 a.m., officers responded to a 911 call reporting a man had fallen from the roof of a commercial building at 310 Fairfield Ave., Fairfield Police Officer Stacy Chiarolanza said. Nearly 150 firefighters responded to the 1200 block of Adams Avenue in the Frankford neighborhood at 5:31 a.m. where the fire struck four alarms by 6:26 a.m., according to the police and the city fire department.
