Two boys threw large rocks, sticks, and logs onto the US 30 Bypass damaging at least 17 vehicles and injuring two people, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Aug. 24.
The boys threw the debris onto the highway just east of Airport Road in Valley Township, Chester County during the evening hours of Wednesday, Aug. 19, and Friday, Aug. 21, according to state police.
