Wheelchair Shattered In Fatal Hit-And-Run: Philadelphia Police A woman killed in a hit-and-run crash was struck hard enough that the wheelchair she was in shattered into multiple pieces, Philadelphia police said. The crash happened in the 2200 block of Reservoir Drive at 1:46 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. 76-Year-Old Reading Man's Next Of Kin Sought By Berks County Coroner The next of kin of a recently deceased Reading man is being searched for by the Berks County Coroner's Officer. Robert Rosenbaum, 76, of Reading, was found deceased in his home on the 400 block of Chestnut Street on Saturday, Oct. 12, the Berks County Coroner's Office said.
