A man has been charged with attempted murder after police found a man stabbed in the neck and face in Red Lion, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, Aug. 27. Joel McWilliams, 36, of Red Lion, has been charged with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of an Offensive Weapon, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Simple Assault, and Harassment, PSP York announced. A convict cut off her ankle monitor and is on the run, Chambersburg police announced on Thursday, Aug. 22. Heather Marie Dell, 48, of Chambersburg, went missing from the House of Hope located at 230 E Queen St on July 22, the police detailed in the release. She was "on electronic monitoring and under the supervision of Franklin County Adult Probation," they explained adding that "Dell cut off her ankle monitor and left her residence. A convict has been arrested after he was seen beating another man until he began to have a seizure in a public park, Lancaster City Police announced on Friday, June 7. Michael Shaquin Roane, 33 of Columbia Borough, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of Simple Assault and Flight on Foot, the police said and court records confirmed.
